First of all, Kudos to BlueJar for thinking outside the box and organizing such a cool contest. This one is group writing project where, all the entrants write a “How to..” post. The post can be related to your blog niche, but it should be a “How to…” post. Now, thats innovative. This is a contest that doesn’t look like one. Because, you will be writing a post on your blog’s topic. So it stands distinctly from those contests which require a post on your blog just for linking to their blog.

There are three prizes : $100, $75 and $50 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. As a bonus prize, each of the winner will get a 125 x 125 px ad banner on BlueJar’s sidebar. It gets even better when they say that the judges are the “Entrants” themselves. Everybody who enters will get to pick their top 3 choices and they will count towards the number of votes a post receives.

The deadline is September 18th. So there is sufficient time to enter. After you have finished your entry, contact Sarah and let her know about your entry.
